In continuing with Rethink’s mission to educate women on the ways to reduce their risk of breast cancer, we will be sharing some of our all-time favorite healthy recipes with you.

This simple recipe can be made very last minute with either a home baked or store-bought angel food cake. Use berries or fresh fruit that are in season, and change-up the flavor of the yogurt to compliment the fruit selection.
Ingredients:
1 angel food cake
½ cup organic vanilla yogurt
1 cup whipping cream (or whipped topping)
1 cup mixed berries
bunch fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Whip the cream until stiff peaks have formed. Gently fold the yogurt and whipped cream together. Spoon the mixture over the top of the angel food cake. Sprinkle with your choice of mixed berries and garnish with mint leaves.
