Interested in volunteering to support young women with breast cancer, from the comfort of your own home? Do you have experience in public relations, communications or marketing / web marketing? Rethink Breast Cancer funds breastcancernowwhat.ca, a dynamic, interactive website developed by young women with breast cancer, for young women with breast cancer. It is a virtual community which provides:
- Access to reliable, age-appropriate information, support, tools and resources to help young women navigate the breast cancer journey
- A forum for young women with breast cancer to connect with one another and hear from experts on various topics
breastcancernowwhat.ca needs marketing volunteers to help get the word out about this great website. Volunteers would be asked to take part in a committee conference call once per month, and to promote the site for a time commitment of about 5 to 7 hours per month.
