This is an Intro sampler class that is meant to give you a feel of what the Felinity, Core Feminine Movement Workout is all about!. A Perfect opportunity to experience Mind/Body fitness, sensual movement , pole dancing and fun. You will soon understand that the Felinity workout is for body awareness & fitness and most importantly that the workout was designed for women only!
