Calling all Volunteers (Toronto)

Ahoy there!

As summer is coming to an end, Rethink and The Society are preparing to host one of the most anticipated fundraising events of the year and we need your help.

We are looking for fabulous and dedicated volunteers to help with registration, set up and all kinds of other activities leading up to and on event night.

This year, the Boobyball: Cruise will be held at Atlantis. Here is a list of ways you can help!

Publicity Stunt
Date: Sept 19th from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. (Rain date: Sept 20th from 12 p.m.-2 p.m.)
Description: To promote the event, we are calling on volunteers to participate in a publicity stunt in Yorkville. We'll be creating a giant conga line making its way through Yorkville, handing out promo flyers along the way.

Gift Bag Stuffing
Date: Sept 30th (Exact time TBD: Evening)Description: Assist with filling of gift bags.

Event Support
Date: Friday, October 2nd
What: The Boobyball
Where: Atlantis Pavilions, 955 Lakeshore BLVD West, Toronto
Time: Positions available all day from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Description: Positions include Event Set Up, Registration, Coat Check, Roamers, Gift Bags, and Tear Down

Please note: There will be a mandatory volunteer orientation session held on Monday, September 28th at 6 p.m. at the Rethink office.
