Rethink Pink Smoothie

In continuing with Rethink’s mission to educate women on the ways to reduce their risk of breast cancer, we will be sharing some of our all-time favorite healthy recipes with you.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we thought we would start with a delicious and simple fruit smoothie recipe. Using frozen strawberries and pre-chopped watermelon (available in most produce departments) will help save time when you're rushing to get out the door in the morning.

2 cups frozen whole strawberries
1 cup chopped watermelon
½ cup orange juice
½ cup ruby red grapefruit juice
2 tablespoons lime juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth then immediately pour into chilled glasses and enjoy (Serves 2).
